- DEADLINE EXTENDED.... The BC Forum of the Canadian Coalition for Global Health Research will hold its inaugural conference on 16-17 March 2012 at the Wosk Centre for Dialogue and SFU's Harbour Centre in Vancouver.

- Come join us for a two-part screening of CBC's documentary series, "8th Fire: Aboriginal Peoples, Canada & The Way Forward" on Thursday, March 15 and Thursday, March 29 from 12:30-4:00pm in BLU 9011. This is a FHS-wide event co-sponsored by the Health Sciences Undergraduate Student Union and FHS Graduate Caucus.
- Girls in Science - DNA and Crime Science Lab Experience
- Instructors Laura, Jessica and Jasmine, along with Dr. Zabrina Brumme from the Faculty of Health Sciences at SFU will tell you all about DNA and how it's used to solve crimes. Then, they'll outline a crime that you'll have to solve in a hands-on laboratory activity. The investigation wraps up with a Q&A session.
